Reservation Policy

-        Deposit is due at booking.

-        A $200 non-refundable deposit per person is due to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes are not always planned but they are a part of life. With this in mind, Monadnock Climbing Gym guided programs has the following policies in place to help protect the guides and yourself. 

  • Full payment minus $200 non-refundable deposit will be provided 31 days before scheduled departure.

  • Full payment will be requested 30 days prior to your adventure. If booking within 30 days payment is due in full.

  • If cancelling under 29 days of scheduled departure no refund will be issued.

  • A $100 change of date fee will be applied.

  • All cancellations must be emailed to Monadnock Climbing Gym

  • Weather is a part of the experience of being in the mountains and many times adds to the learning experience. All of our trips especially Mt. Washington will run regardless of weather conditions. In the event we deem route conditions or weather conditions to be unsafe we will work with you to reschedule your trip at no charge.

  • Personal Cancellations and Changes

    Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to change a date or cancel a booking and we can figure out solutions in a timely manner.

    To change a date a $100 per person fee will be applied.

Gratuity

Our guides are dedicated mountain professionals who work hard to ensure your success and well-being on the mountain. If you have a positive experience, gratuities are an excellent way to show your appreciation. An average tip is 10%-20% of the cost of the program. The most common way is cash or Venmo.
